Anyone know the best fuel pump to fit for an R1 Turbo? (Two gallon foam-filled tank). Had an Astra GTE one on, but getting fuel starvation.

I fitted a Bosch (p/n 0 580 464 938) to my stock R1 BEC, but I believe its also a Rover/TVR V8 fitment so it should be sufficient for turbo R1 power levels.

If you're using stock throttle bodies, are you sure its not the standard injectors reaching their max duty cycle though, because a friend looked into turboing his 5PW and the stock injectors won't flow huge amounts more IIRC?

Have a chat with these people http://www.fuelsystem.co.uk/injection.htm

They often give discount and can help you calculate how big a pump you need.

You need a pump which will flow enough fuel whilst sustaining the pressure your injectors need.
