Whats the best budget system ...............

Left my Garmin i3 in a hire car and now no trace . It was a budget system but it ' did what it said on the tin ' . Now looking to replace it ,whats the best budget system at present , rough cost and suggested retailers . Many thanks Barry ( Nr Glasgow )
