As space is at a premium is anyone else making little possible pitch configurations? If so share them! I'm not sure what to put where...

whats a 5m x 1.8m animal????

or is that the mother of all guard dogs?!

(just clicked... L200 Animal by any chance?)

Edited to say: Middle arrangement looks best.

I'd love to laugh but I did a very low tech version this morning with a pencil and ruler!

Which site are you on? On most sites there isn't an exact science to the amount of space that you have.

If you're on Houx you haven't allowed for the random trees!

If you're on MB the pitch plan that I've seen seems to have lots of space around it so you will probably be able to get your cars off your pitch if you want to.

If you're on BSJ I wouldn't be too concerend about space, the space police are unlikely to bother you too much.

Don't forget to allow for guy ropes - usually about a metre each way.

You have 3 pitches but only 2 cars?

What I would do if this was over in Houx (where you don't get so much freedom as it's designated pitched) - park the cars in one space (that is next to a road-way), one for camping, one for socialising.

We're on BSJ with 3 pitches and 3 cars - Atom, Civic and Mitsubishi Animal.

At least I now know everything will fit(the purchasing of 2 gazeebos was a little out of the blue so needed to double check!)

It all depends where your picth is though... Bordered by trees, or next to the main path, etc will affect your layout... I would recommend having the 3 tents kinda facing each other, with the gazebo next to them, and all 3 cars further on so that they are easy to move (you don't wanna have to maneouvre around the gazebo if someone pitched close by after you). The shower will have to be attached to the nearest tree!

As for my plan, I only have a 6mx4m tent so far, with the car most likely parked in a common area to limit traffic through the tents... Easy enough!

If you're in BSJ then they'll allocate you three pitches... They'll be square, so two of your configurations won't happen, the first one might...
