Hi folks

my car is looking really fabulous at the moment but I'm getting bored with it getting dusty when not used. Can anyone recommend a car cover that I should use? Which one best fits the small-wing configuration?

Car is kept undercover so weather resistance not really an issue. More bothered about what will be kind to the paintwork over the long-term.

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks!

I can thoroughly recommend http://www.specialisedcarcovers.com/ the indoor cover I have from them is of very high quality and is tailored perfectly for the dimensions of the car.

993RS is listed. wink

I've just bought a genuine indoor cover from Pelican Parts stateside...saved a shed load in comparison to my local OPC or UK specialists.smile

Not for a 993, but for my previous cars I have purchased the full on premium bee's knee's indoor car cover from www.classicadditions.co.uk

The cover was 100% perfect fit and you could have it in any colour combination with piping/mirrors etc you like, as well as logos or writing on the front.

They will even come out to you and measure your car if you have weird/wonderful wings over and above a standard car.

Can thoroughly recommend and the company were great. I'd like to stress I have nothing to do with the company at all, however, when you get great service and a great product it is nice to shout about it thumbup

Hope that's of help

Soft Indoor is all you would need IMO, the benefits of the premier seem irrelevant for indoor use.

You can get one from Porsche that is made to fit the car perfect and it even has the Porsche Badge on the front! Just make sure that they order the right one!! they even have one that fits the clubsport version.

Btw

Your car looks superb in the photo on your profile. Is this the car from Sean Lockyear?

Gracias Senor! Your's looks mighty fine too, if I may say! Will we be seeing you on any track days this year? RMA Nurburgring in July??

Owned my car for 3.5 years - bought from GT Classics/Paul McLean. Top man and highly recommended. Car has been a joy to behold.
