How loud?

Is there anywhere in yorkshire or Notts that can test just how loud ya car is? I want to attend Vmax but have a feeling shes too loud.

Bookatrack.com used to rent out a noise meter. Not sure if they still do, but it's worth a phone call/email/post on their forum

Standard pipes on a griff 500 are about 96db top wack. I put a decibel tester on mine prior to Brands Hatch track day and was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. Still makes a nice noise though.
