Saggy Door adjustment
Discussion
Have a minor irritant which is a recurring theme, i.e. I had the same problem with my T350. When hitting minor road bumps, manholes etc. I get vibration from the passenger door, as though it's not quite shut properly. On the 350 I managed to eliminate this by keeping a bit of cloth on the door sill and shutting the door on it, but let's face it, that's not exactly elegant when your passengers get in.
The fact that this is effective suggests to me that there is something which could be done with the door seal to make the door sit more snuggly in the aperture. I did adjust the door mechanism to see if shutting more tightly would work, but basically you just end up with the door line not being right vs the rest of the bodywork.
Any ideas ? Anyone else experience this ?

I read a topic on here that suggested the noise is coming from with in the door, apparently there are 3 bolts under the door that release the internal panel then you can see the loose window runners that actually cause the rattle.....
maybe be wrong but worth a check... might also be worth a search for the original thread also..
good luck

Thanks, no paint wear on mine. Can say this with confidence as I've spent ages looking at it from every angle to see why it rattles. Reckon it just needs a thicker rubber seal but that's obviously going to be tough to source. Perhaps some strategically and aesthetically placed draft excluder will have the desired effect
