Who is Coming To The Gathering On Saturday.

One of the things we need to find out now, is who is planning on joining us for the evening gathering Saturday on the 19th July.

Can you post here if you are and the number of people attending. that way we will not have to e-mail / ring everyone to find out..

Also the name you booked under would be usefull so we can match the details up..

Hubby and I will be there - booked in the name of Wilkinson, staying at the Crossways Hotel. First time to that part of the country, hope the weather keeps fine.

Looking like about 50 people for the saturday night bash. so tiz looking good. looks like there is going to be in excess of 160 cars for the event (well the ones we know of).. its all gettign sorted.. snag is one week al LM on being less than sober may could be a problem will be camping in MB with nacnud.... er having to take the SEAC cos mines off the road at the mo....

Denise and I will be staying at Garden End Farm, Panborough - thanks for the tip mark. I Just spoke to the loverly landlady and she also said she has another chap staying but he hasn't called back to confirm, so if this is you call and confirm it quick, I just spent 30 ons ringing farms in Somerset and there 'aint much accomdation available! I live 3 miles outside Wells and my wife does B&B!! Don't know whether I can be at the gathering on the green and didn't know about it until I saw this series of messages - I'm not a member of the TVRCC. Would like to go if I'm around.
