Car Parking Questions/Problems!

hey there

ive been told to buy a 'garage rouge' pass that was meant to allow me to drive to all the car parks around the circuit, however after calling selectmotorsport they say such passes dont exist and all parking is sold out??????

we defo had a pass last year that got us parked near the pit straight and then up to arnarge and mulsane?

any ideas on what to do ?!!!
