I have a colleague who is selling his Tom Tom Go 300, and I was tempted to buy it, mainly for Scamera warnings, trips to Europe, and to lend to the missus when she's travelling with work.

I know it's an old one and not the most modern of kit, so what's a fair price to offer? It's boxed, in superb condition (only used a couple of times) and comes with a 128MB SD card.

I already have the european maps on a DVD, as well as a 1Gig SD card, so what is the unit worth on it's own in the box? I've looked on e-bay but I can't really find a good benchmark

Thoughts appreciated

Not a lot really.. You can have a new tomtom one these days for £150. So evidently an old 300 is worth less than that. Then there are cheaper alternative brands of satnav for about £100 new.
£80 thereabouts?
