Matt, Satin or Gloss Black - What finish on my wheels?

I'm going stealth on my Black VXR but can't decide what finish to go for. The wheels will be black, but what do you reckon - Matt, Satin or Gloss?

Also, any ideas if best to powder coat or just paint?

That radar reflective stuff they use on the F117

Powder coat is best if you can, much more durable and less likely to chip.

Nice idea. Was at Duxford showing the kids the 'planes at the weekend. That Stealth thing in the American display - awesome!!!

Anyone else got an opinion on these wheels then? I'm heading towards matt I think.

I went for Matt but have fancied gloss.

Not going to change as Matt does not seem to show the brake dust.

be careful if powdercoating. The heat treatment can be severe and can structurally weaken the metal. I'd go for painting personally on wheels.
