Need to replace my Lambda sensors £70-75 cheapest Ive found
Was speaking to a friend who recommended trying US webites, as parts are often loads cheaper & he orders stuff from the US all the time

Came across several Oygen Sensors on US sites, universal 3-wire, which fit 3.9 or 4.2 Range Rover (1993-1997 approx)
All had Part No. USOS-3000 & cost around $42+postage (about £22 each to us)
So two of them with postage to the UK will set me back about £60 instead of £140-150

Can anyone tell me if these are suitable for a 4.0 Chimaera, I can't find a translation for this Part No.(USOS-3000)?
Theres no mention of them being Titania type, but then the US sites don't seem to go into detail about different types as UK sites do...

Obviously don't want to order something that won't work/fit

Thoughts please?

I Googled ERR6729 as per Chimaerapages.com and a lot of US Landy spare's sites came up average around $100 +/-

What ever you do dont use cheap pattern ones(complete waist of money),use NTK thats NGK to the rest(original equipment) of us Sc motor factors did these at a good price when i needed a pair, you do get what you pay for with things like this and engine sensors.

Thanks for advice
Googled that part no. & cheapest I found in the US was $90, each
So is gonna be $180 for pair + about $40 postage
So as its just under $2 to the pound at the mo, it gonna be roughly £115

I assume theres a risk they will be hit with import duty & of course risk of breakage in transit
Probably not worth the risk for that saving when I can get them for £140 the pair in the UK

£60 sounded better smile

If you go for the NGK sensors make sure the motor factor has the latest NTK sensor catalogue as they do not appear in the old one. I sell NGK products and had a meeting with the guy who was writing the new catalogue and informed him that they did the sensors for Chim's and Griff's as he didn't know. Needless to say when the new catalogue came out there they were. Sorry I cant give you the part number as I'm sat at home doing this thread and I may be a sado but not enough to have a NGK book at home. I will post it tommorrow.
