Bugger! Door mirror fell out at speed today. 'Luckily' I didnt lose the glass as one wire held strong. Unluckily this means the paintwork on the door needs plenty of TLC.
To refix the glass, is it just a matter of turning that platic loop behind th eglass, or is there more to it? Dont want it happening again

Yes it is that simple but make sure all three tabs on the mirror glass are in their slots and then push the tab in the mirror body as far as it will go. It's easier if you move the the mirror motor/glass mount so that the top of the glass is as far into the top of the mirror body as it will go. (hopr that makes sense)
It shouldn't have dropped out so I'd guess it wasn't located properly the first time.
