Fiesta 1.3 Endura, revs holding up after grear change

Hi, I've read a few threads on this one before, and taken some of the advice on board.
I've just had my Fiesta 1.3(R reg 1997) checked with the 'Snap on tools' diagnostics at a local garage, and all appears to be in order.
I voiced my opinion that the TPS may be suspect , although this came back as ok.

They also said the the volts from the TPS were 0.85v

Is the 0.85v low enough ??.

Any feedback or suggestions most welcome .
