996 Bumper Respray London - Where?

[Fabster]

Any suggestions on where to get my bumper repsrayed (and bonnet would need to done too to stop it looking silly) . Am a complete numpty and managed to comprehensively scuff it on the Channel Tunnel.
Live in east london - so of course could go to OPC and get raped, but would rather not....
Cheers
