This is very funny...and has a slight element of Truth!

Tragedy is it is so true - I know one or two people who have joined recently and they are complete and utter sodding plebs.
Probelm started when the Plod dropped the height requirement and allowed women into the force(not a sexist comment but fact) - Coppers should be big blokes who can look after themselves period - My brother in law would do anything to avoid to a violent situation if accompanied by a small bloke or WPC - I do know some big girls who are WPC's and have the ability to control a situation. But without body weight and size - You are on a looser - As some of you know I work as a doorman and have on occasion had to aid WPC's in making arrests because they could not handle the situation. The same goes for a lot of smaller blokes 9 stone and 5'5" aint no use where a 6 foot 15 stone piss head is concerned - what you need in that situation is 2 big coppers,OK this policy would mean that the majority of recruits would have to be afro caribean or white but thats life. As for the strength and fitness tests - they are a joke - mate of mine was told to stop messing about because as he did the push test one handed and still passed it.

recnetly in seen walking through a small town near where i live were a police man and woman (shocking enough story yes I was amazed)
As they walked passed me I became extremely anoyed and ranted on about it for the next few days at work ( they must be sick of me moaning by now)
The woman was smaller than me even with her hat and her Asre* was as wide as she was tall the man wasnt much better!
Just who exactly are they gonna chase and catch? She looked out of breath just walking! dont the Police have to keep up their fittnes after they have joined?

I was siting in hertfordshire HQ other day waiting for a inspector in reception.
while the new recrutes where there in final stages of selection.
IF the conversation was any thing to go buy. god help us if there the best they can find.
some thing on the lines of yea, I crased my xr2 it was raining and it too powerfull.
