t350 running problem

Car - T350 3.6 red rose, 14000 miles.
Problem - Surging power noticable from 6000rpm onwards. It is mainly noticable in 3rd gear on full throttle. It doesn't feel like a misfire but just a drop in power, almost like it is going lean.
I had a static check at a local tuner(not a tvr expert). He found that on part throttle the lambda sensors were locking low voltage for a long time(oxygen levels go up when this happens). This maybe unrelated to the full throttle problem.
Has anyone else had similar problem or are there any experts out there?
My next port of call we be a 2 hour drive to castle TVR for a diagnostic.
Any help appreciated.
