Afternoon all,

Never, never take for granted that you'll make that overtake coming up to a left hander at 100 leps. So sure was I that I went for the overtake of an estate towing a trailer. Half way past and spot the HGV coming the other way. Lucky for me the car driver knew I was there (as afew mates had already sped past) and he'd moved right over. T'was a scary moment, all captured on film from the tank...if anyone can shed some light how to get it off the tape??!!

Still, back home in one piece. Any news, or do I have to scroll through pages of posts??!!

Cheers.

Sorry, who are you? hehe

Welcome back, glad you had a good one.

As regards the camcorder, does it have a firewire/usb cable to hook up to the puter?

Start / Programs / Accessories / Entertainment / WIndows Movie Maker

Press f1, get the help up, and read the instructions. Basically, you use the computer as a sort of really overcomplex VCR, get all the footage in, then you use movie maker as an editing tool, then you can save the bits you have done up to Pistonheads.tv.
After editing out plates/your house etc, natch...

Cheque received, Chad of Square Mile is looking for an RSVR for me. Tried a Benelli (thread somewhere), and cant quite stretch to a recent Blade.

Dave,

The roads are fantastic, but for me the best part is the attitude of car drivers....They'll almost throw themselves into a field just to make way for you.....even the BIB!!

Try it, you'll love it.

Cheers.
