I was at circuit de la Sarthe to see a bit of the practise today. Great day with no crowds, no smell of loos, no-one puking in the corner.
To make the day even better, I drove through the car park right up to the front gate, showed my "special pass" to the official and was waved into the inner circuit. No payment, no hassle. He even held the gate open, smiling and waving as I drove in. Left me thinking when they would ask to see a ticket, or ask me to pay, but the "special pass" had already worked it's magic and I was in.
Drove around inside the circuit area to the hearts content, deciding to park a few yards from the armco, hopped out and watched the action. Marvelous.
Want to know what the "special pass" is?
Sorry, but it's on a need to know basis. Can't have everyone doing it can we

Not quite. Far simpler. So simple in fact I was astonished it worked. And every PH'er could make one of these passes at home using their PC & printer...
