Who's going on Tuesday?

Was just wondering...

I and my group are heading down on Tuesday morning, so we can spend most of the week seeing everything and soaking up the atmosphere (it being our first one). Was just curious to see if anyone else was going this early?

The trend seems to be that most people are heading down on the Thursday. We don't wanna be complete loners! :lol:

We're on the 7:55 Dover - Calais on the 12th. I know there is a massive thread that kinda covers this, but was more after specifically Tuesday peeps!

I can't wait!! This last week is so far proving to be the worst and most agonising

We're heading down on Tuesday with others joining us later in the week - on the 11am from Dover on the 12th. We're at Camping Bleu - look out for a stickered up white Chevy Day Van if you're anywhere nearby. My 5th on the trott...

You're a hundred yards or so from us - feel free to pop across - happy to give you the low down on where best to shop etc. We've been in Bleu for the past 4 years. Its my birthday on Wednesday hence the reason for travelling down early.

Me and a group of about 10 cars are going on tuesday morning (about 8ish i think-havent got the tickets to hand!) from New Haven.

Cant wait! Look out for a TVR Wedge (400) thats me, a MG RV8, Porsche 944 Turbo, MX5 Turbo (Really/upsettingly fast little hairdressers car!) and a few more or us!

i was just about to start a new thread about the tuesday people, but coogasm beat me to it.
i think we are possably going to be sleeping in an empty field on tuesday night,
i was wondering if the police will be out in force by then or do they come out later in the week?

Myself & my copilot are on an overnight ferry from pompy on Monday night, heading stright to Karting Tuesday am, we'll be piloting the "That-Way" sprinter van this year, the rest of out goup (24 of us this year) should be arriving Tuesday afternoon

Were heading down from the midlands on tuesday lunch time to meet up with the rest of the posse in kent. Were then on the 7.50am Wednesday Chunnel crossing!

We will be traveling down from Leeds in our stickered up Tuscan for a lunchtime crossing on the Chunnel.

Interestingly we went down last year on the Wednesday and didn't see a single other car bound for the Le Mans until we were almost there. Couldn't believe it.

Hope we see some of you guys this year on Tuesday.

did tuesday-tuesday last year, was considerably more relaxed than in previous years and gave us chance to go looking for an Opel garage when one of the cars broke down (amazingly, not mine!)... did you know Le Mans doesn't seem to have an Opel garage?

was great, got really drunk tuesday evening but we still didn't get to see any scrutineering, you may do as you should get there quite early.

wed-mon this year as some members couldn't get the time booked off work... something about them getting married or something... pah!
