I picked my westie up 2 days ago. I dont have a garage, so have just been keeping it outside, with the cockpit cover on. Its not ideal though, ive been lucky with the weather, and ive managed to rent a garage off the council.

If you can rent a garage, or keep it in a friends garage, I would.

My parents have one but its full of rubbish, might have to work on them.

How much is a garage off the council?

Thanks

I keep mine in a garage but as long as you are happy leaving it outside from a security point of view then a cover should keep most of the rain off it. Putting a wet car away in a garage is worse than leaving it outside anyway.

Blimey! What area of the country are you in? I'm guessing not the South East?

Adam.

You can say that again, mine (in West Sussex) went up from £32 / month last year to £40 a month this year, bloody rip-off considering they do sod-all to maintain them and they all leak at the back due to ivy etc growing up over the roof.

Ours lives outside 6 months of the year. Gets pretty wet inside if it rains on the tonneau, but with the roof up, it's fine.
