Went to Rock am Ring at the N'ring F1 circuit - amazing festival with REAL music (the kind you could thrash a V8 to)

Of all the massive name acts that played I have to give credit to the poms where due - Muse were the best act; I think they play wembley in a couple of weeks, if you can get tix on ebay or if yr already booked - ENJOY!

Would of loved nothing more but alas, after a mere 8 hours back in UK with just enuf time for the "four S's" had to come to France to spend 4 days working in some spa town called Vichy - went for a wander for a feed & a sip tonight & youngest trotter I spotted must have been 80 at best! ded set ville-de-codger!

Geriatric place indeed - stopped off there a couple of years ago on the way back from a wedding. Got a bit cocky with the food and ordered tête de veau in a little restaurant near the central square - managed four mouthfuls then started to gag - not something I'll repeat!
