personally I'd be super super wary of dealing with the company in the first link. My boss has had a long running wrangle with them over a car he ordered. Fortunately it has arrived but after massive delays and some very dubious explanations.

Do a google search on the owners D&R Loach or the Loach Brothers and then make up your mind whether you want to deal with them.
