One thing I've forgotten to do - Need a road map. Too late to order one online, where can I get one? Can get into Leeds at the weekend, where sells foreign road maps? Bookshops? Smiths?

I think best place in Leeds is downstairs in that big 'Boarders' bookstore, they have stacks of travel stuff down there driving

You can get a Michelin map ( the best for France) at/on the ferry/tunnel

That's your best bet. Athough most garages will sell European maps too...
