We hope to be at the eurotunnel around 1pm Friday - anyone else leaving it this late?

Friday am euroshuttle train thingy.

My son and I will be on Le Shuttle departing at 07:20 travelling in either my BRG Jaguar S-Type 4.2 V8 or his black Merc CL500. We're aiming to get to central Le Mans by no later than 15:00 to avoid the road closures due to the parade, and have a short lunch stop on the way down. I think we'll probably use the A28 to keep to schedule. R.

My ferry, technically my Dad's (I'm 16, so can't drive yet), is around lunchtime, so I'm hoping to see a few nice cars on there. I'll presume that any nice cars belong to PHer's. As well as my Dad, I'm also going with my brother. This will be my second 24, but I have done the classic twice. I can't wait! I'm counting down the days in my signature on another forum, I'm that excited.

We're on the 6.25am dover-calais. Should be in a blue corvette with white stripes if it hasn't been sold by then.

Has anyone done this Chunnel business before.

We're booked on the 10:20 but have now got some digs locally so will be able to get there earlier. Can you normally get on a train around 7 or 8 or will they be chocker and we'll have to wait for our slot anyway?

Dictates the length of time we shower and the size of breakfast we can get, which may be important!!!

Me and my mate Johnny Blue are on the 7.40 P&O from Dover in his blue/grey 944, so we won't be keeping up with most of you lot, but it would be nice to catch up with some of you at Dover when we are stationary.
