Credit Cards with Incentives

I already have a Shell Drivers Club card to gather airmiles so I have been looking at credit cards with cash back incentives. They seem fairly sparse these days, only really available as business cards through Amex.

Are there any other good incentivised cards out there?

Egg Money card gives 1% cashback and about 4-5% on positive balances.

Morgan Stanley give around 2% IIRC
