I've been repeating this on an annual basis on PH for about the last 6 years , but i think it warrants mentioning again hehe.

Whatever the actual figure , there were less Chim 500's made than Griff 500's , so we have the rarer masterpeice party..

That said, the Griffith is an icon and deserves it's near cult status yes.

Nah it doesn't. 'sugly.

Well, maybe not exactly ugly but I much prefer the look of the Chimaera. The extra pleasure is in knowing it's a 500 yum

I have one of the very rare 400 (250). As far as i can tell under 10 of them were made.

Mine is a 500 as well, apparently you can tell the difference by looking at the colour of the rocker covers as the 500's had purple ones.

Also i heard that about 13% of all chimaeras made were 500's.

Only difference is that the 500's have Griff style wheels purple rocker covers..... I think.

Yep. All prototypes and then they decided it was a lost cause.

Perhaps it's got some rarity value? Maybe you should sell it?

You could put the money towards buying a proper car? Like a Griffith? Is it true that the Griffiths are the best TVR's? That's what Pasco reckons. And he said that Cerberas were for girls........whistle
