need advice from plod/solicitor

Don't want to put reason on public forum but could really use the advice of a police officer or solicitor who deals with criminal cases that are not traffic related. Tried CAB and they do not want to advise due to the nature of the problem.

If anyone could help I would be most grateful if they could PM me.
