Porsche Customer Survey Completeted - what response?

I have just had some work done on one of the cars and I received a letter asking me to complete an online customer survey, so I did:

I gave them my opinion (including getting them to check out the forums to see what people thought of the OPCs) and will await their response and let you know what they said.

Filled one in a while back when my Cayman S was having some warranty work done. Received a letter a few days later from dealer principle thanking me for input. That was it

Yep, gave my local OPC a roasting through this after a frankly farcical service. Got a phone call from the dealer principal a day or so later apologising profusely and offering a free valet and to send round a technician to look at a fault they'd not got round to addressing during the week and a half they had the car. Decent response so well worth it imho.

i had a whole saga with an opc that i detailed in the questionaire (took bloddy ages to type in!) but never heard anything

Strangely enough that was one of my comments, that feedback is limited.
