If you are staying in Beausejour and want to camp with other fellow PH'ers please read on smile

Firstly, thanks to V15ben to organising the list.

If you want to camp inside the 'unofficial official Pistonheads camping area' please add your name & number of cars under the relevant day that you are arriving on.

We will try and secure enough space based on 30sqm per car. (assuming 1 tent per car)

The 'unofficial official PH camping area' will be located at the back right hand corner of BSJ next door to the White Rabbit Racing Camping Area.

  • CUT OFF DATE IS TUESDAY EVENING**
(people getting there wednesday can only save space for people they know about)

Please copy and paste this list into your reply and add your name and number of cars so we can get numbers and an idea on space required. can you also tally up the totals at the bottom for us aswell as the list grows please. Thanks.

  • *IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE READ THIS BIT*** (its a long post i know!)
As we do not have any space officially allocated to us... for this to work it will need us all to work together in making sure there is enough space for people who we are expecting.

THE most important are the guys arriving first. 318isboy and V15ben thats you so far (sorry smile ) You have the most important job of choosing where we all camp... make sure its right next to the WRR camp, with nice ground, close as possible to the track and shade from tree's if possible, and away from dusty roads. (im sure you'll do us all proud smile ) (theres a few beers if you save me a nice spot... i love bribery)

As far as I understand BSJ doesn't really get busy until friday afternoon, by which time most of us will be in, so it should be a problem saving the space, but an idea is to put up DO NOT CROSS tape for an area big enough for all of us, untill someone says otherwise...

Lastly... we can only 'try' and save space up to very latest friday afternoon, at the end of the day who are we to tell people to move on... they've paid to stay there just as much as we have... all we can do is 'try' and cheakily reserve space for our friends until someone tells us otherwise, just because are names are on the list doesn't mean we have an allocated space... we need to all work together once on site in order for us to save the space for everyone else.

and now lastly... If someone can get there hands on a big PH banner or flag for us to put up that would be great.

One for all and all for one...!

Lee

Well done Lee. Hope it all works out.

With regard to a PH banner/flag, is anyone bringing one of those bendy flag pole things ? If yes, then I may be able to lay my hands on a PH flag. Its a shame that I don't have more room in the car as I have a massive PH banner that I look after for the PH East Anglia region that we use at shows. See below.

No way it will fit in the car though.

Sorry Lee, no I,m travelling down on Thursday morning (early start). It is a shame as it would really set the camp off. I,ll try everything to get it in, but I don,t hold out much hope.

If someone reading this lives closer to you maybe they could drop it off to me on wednesday or bring it down to le mans?

If not then not to worry.

Lee, I,m up in South Lincolnshire. If anyone camping with us is travelling down via my way drop me a PM and we,ll see what we can sort out.

As previous, is anyone bringing a bendy flag pole thing ? I can possibly lay my hands on a PH flag as a second best option.

Thanks for adding the map Guy.

Dan101smith, hope you dont mind if I have a look around your Sagaris, Im in the market for a TVR but cant decide on model. Some drunken talk about reliability will occure no doubt!

Good to see the list growing everyone, at this rate, what with WRR we are going to take over the entire back end of BSJ. smile

One big group photo after the race would be good I think!

Good man!

One of my party is a fireman so im getting him to bring a load of 'do not cross' tape that they use for us to use as a boundary.

Just need to think of how to put it up as a fence now, any ideas?
