Reply to all - everyone in an outlook folder

Question for any resident MS Office gurus. I am using Outlook (2003). I have a bunch of emails in an outlook folder, and I want to reply to all of them with a single email. What's the easiest way to do this?

is it the same message your wanting to send?

if so

then im sure you could create a blank outlook rule to send message when email arrives and then run the rule on your inbox..
