Hello PHer's,

I have been watching the WRC recently and contiusely the same guys are winning,Loeb and Gronholm. It seems to me like its a two many rally and they have taken the idea of competiton out of the window.

Is there any point in having any more competitors other than Loeb and Gronholm?

Cheers for repling in advance.

WRC is currently the worst it has ever been in my lifetime.
The cars have far too much grip and far too little power.
Most manufacturers have given up and there is a shortage of top talent.
It is boring to the point of tedium to watch.

We need to ban 4WD and turbos.

no we need keep 4wd which is this branch of the sports USP but remove the restrictors on the turbos. we need to make the cars 1000kgs max, with 550 horse power. the rally format needs to in part return to the 'marathon' style of events in the 80's say for the biggest events, monte, safari (yes i know) 1000 lakes, rac, and sprint events perhaps 1 or 2 dayers for the rest..

and finally we need a british driver doing some winning, step foward wilks or meeke?
