Actually not true, there are several cars, 350i's and se's with factory fitted seac spoliers Then go for it !
- not common, not on any official option lists maybe but still there.not wanting to get into the argument about whether they look good or not, that is personal preference, my 350i has one and I think it looks great, friends also think it looks mad - outrageous really to go with the whole concept of the wedges... I also have a spare one too but I wouldn't sell it for £40 so whoever got that got a bargain

My 350 also has a SEAC spoiler that was there when it rolled out of the factory along with a 400 bonnet and a factory 225bhp engine.
The good folks at TEAM CENTRAL (remember them) told me this when I bought it 11 years ago, they'd sold and serviced it from new. It was also confirmed when I bumped into it's original owner who lived 5 miles from my parents. He'd part ex'd mine for a new SEAC and was in a new Griff 500 when I bumped into him at a local pub.
There was never any paperwork to confirm any of this of course, it's a TVR.

I do love it, and am not bovvered whether its a SEAC or not! It should be ready for fitting tomorrow, any advice on some dimenions on where to fit it, I think I can guess it needs to be in the centre 
just how far forward from the back edge of the boot for the back holes I was wondering?
