First film scans

Lovely model, but the portrait does nothing for me.
The dog shot is quite cool, but the bokeh looks a lot choppier than I'd expect of the 135L.
The leaf is awesome, and ridiculously sharp. I'd consider removing the two droplets which have made their way off the leaf itself.
I'm not sure I see the point of shooting 35mm film when digital could be argued to be better. Why not make the jump to medium format?

I think that's the point . . . perhaps it isn't, I've not seen monochrome digital sourced stuff that truly compares with real film . . .$0.02

the wife will be please with that comment lol the bokeh is crap cause of poor scanning and what is actually there. The dog shot is quite cool, but the bokeh looks a lot choppier than I'd expect of the 135L.

the reason fr the B&W film is that its just better than what I can get with digital. there may be people that can process colour into B&W better but not me. tones and blacks are better with film. as for medium format I'm going to get a broncia ETRS when I'm satified film gives me what I want. etrs with 150mm lens will set me back £200, where as shooting with my bro inlaws EoS costs me nothing
