What wheel and game for pc uk track sim?

Looking to learn a few uk tracks whilst my car is off the road for a bit more tinkering. Must be a PC game and designed around realistic physics. Not played and pc race games so any help appreciated.

rFactor/GTR/GTR2/GTL would be the best games around. As far as wheels go, the Logitech G25 is the daddy but not cheap, I've got a Logitech momo racing which I picked up cheap second hand which is also not bad for a lot less money.

I saw the G25 in a shop and it looked good. However, the shop owner wouldn't let me open the box to see how the steering wheel fixed to the desk. Problem is my desk has an inch lip running round the edge so not sure if it will fit.

I don't have the G25, but mine is similar and its really not a problem with the clamping system on the momo, and I would presume the G25 has a similar system. Still worth finding a shop that will let you look inside the box though, if they won't let you see what you're buying they can't want a sale that much.
