Driving along noticed voltage is showing 11.5v checked fuse under air filter (OK) anything else I can check? Dealer said that is the only fuse that may blow, I thought there was another 100 amp fuse in the foot well?

BTW Dealer said they are now fitting 150 amp fuses due to the alternator chucking out more than 100 amps and blowing the standard fuse.

There is another fuse in the drivers foot-well, behind the kick panel. It can look OK but may have a fracture in it that cannot be seen - sometimes due to over tightening of the nuts holding it in. It's a cheap 99p flat bar type either 100 or 80 amp. Replace, make sure you use good washers and non slip ones and tighten well but not so it deforms the metal

Hope this helps

If the fuse is ok there is a fair chance the alternator is on its way out. I needed a replacement recently.
