Taking pics indoors...help!
Discussion
Been doing trackday photography for a couple of years now but have never really used the camera indoors. It was my sons birthday party today so took a few shots.
I am using a D200 with a SB600 flash and a Sigma 18-125mm lens which isnt the greatest, still saving for a 17-55 f2.8!
Tried all sorts of settings and fiddled about with the flash gun but couldnt get a decent shot all day, the party was in a sports hall with metal halide light fittings which gave a bit of an orange glow.
Any help on camera and flash gun settings would be very helpful.
Should really read the manual I suppose but I am a man so have filed it away somewhere i cant find it!
