Well, after 10 long painful years of waiting we have finaly got our 1st TVR.
Headed off to Winchester this fine morning and what a beautiful day it was.
We picked up the most loudest, fastest, beautiful car that has EVER been made
My head is still buzzing and my ears are still ringing!
Some of you will know the car already. Priviously owned by Barrie Richard and know as THE BIG DOG! Shes a 4.2, flip flop blue, sitting on 19" wheels and sounds like a fighter jet through the de-cated Blue Flame exhaust.
Couple of big traffic jams which to my surprise handled them with ease.
A credit to the privious owner. Many thanks Barrie. You have made someone a happy boy! Picked up loads of hitch-hikers (BUGS!) but 4hrs of cleang solved that.
Will keep you all posted byebye

Here's the method I use and it works for me.

1 - Resize the picture you want to upload to approximately 500 wide (this makes sure they open quickly and fit within the screen)

2 - Go to www.tinypic.com and upload the picture to there (the instructions on there tell you exactly how to do it)

3 - Once the picture has uploaded TinyPic will give you four options of tags to use for linking to your picture ..... use the SECOND one from the top.

4 - Copy this middle tag and paste it into your text box here (there's no need to type [img] before and after it, just paste it as it is)

5 - Job done.

I'm sure others have other methods that give the same result.

Thats nice.

And I love the wheels.

What are they?

BTW, sorry for the wrong info about how to post a pic the first time round.

I've edited it now to correct it.

They are 19" traffic star wheels. I dont get to keep the plate unless Barrie rings me up and say " Gareth...How about you keep the plate cause I dont want the car to part with it" Hehehehe
She goes back to R*** HMV later.

HAha. flip flop blue( white with a hint of blue when the sine shines)
When the sun hits it, it gives of a WoW colour of blue.
I don't know about the vent. Was already on the car. I will have a look in the books when I have time later today to see if I can find out.
However, I'm lead to understand that this car was spec new to order by the famous musician Alan Price - http://alanprice.absoluteelsewhere.net/

Noce on mate. I've been on a couple of runs with this one's previous owner. Looked nice then too. Sounded awesome too.

All sorts of interesting stuff in that interior.

Ally air vent on passenger side
Brass heater controls, a la Tuscan
Third gauge where the air vent in the steering wheel usually goes
Mysterious button on the far right of the dashboard -- what does it do?
