.............what a car!!!!

The sound is verging on sexual. Unfortunately for me the spyder is out of my budget but its a fantastic vehicle. I drove it as it was an eGear and I was curious and to be fair after a couple of kangaroo moments it was awesome. Dom was fantastic in showing me the egear setup and really knows how to spend other peoples money!!! lol. It actually felt like it was easier on the clutch which I know is a weakness of the G. I was sceptical at first and assumed I would hate the eGear but I loved it. Has anyone on here driven both and still prefered manual as I know there are a few converts on here?

Why did you waste the dealer's time by test driving it if it was out of your budget spin

Good morning to you too.

I wasn't wasting the dealers time actually as they currently have two other Gallardo's for sale that I am interested in and are within my budget. One is a manual and one is an egear. Having never driven an egear he suggested I came back on Saturday morning to drive an egear. Unfortunately the in budget egear was not ready yesterday and the only other egear was the spyder.

Having driven the spyder I have decided that the egear is what I want and will be in contact with the dealer with regards to the egear Gallardo. Therefore as long as the figures are right, yesterday could be a very worthwhile morning for that dealership.

Just kidding with you chap...Main dealers are game for wasting time- why-well they waste my time when they dont return calls and dont fix things first time round etc etc...

Out of interest, can you lower the rear screen on the coupe?

Find I need to run with it down on the spyder, particularly when the roof is up, just to get the full decibelssmile
