TMC working at last..

The satnav on my 05 Gallardo was upgraded last week to 2007 spec, requires system update, and now finally TMC works. I'm not sure how useful it really is, I just like seeing realtime traffic info displayed on the map. Didn't help me on Thursday, I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours, which wasn't reported by any of the traffic info provides. The map now shows Lamborghini garages, not audi!

Where did you get that done, dealership? what did it cost you?

never sussed how to get mine working, has always had a line through it?? mines a 56 plate car, any ideas?

All the dealers can order the new disk and do the upgrade, but not sure if they charge for doing the upgrade - 05 cars have a locked Nav system that requries a security code before it will upgrade itself to 07 software.

I think the disk costs about £270 ish, only 07 disks have TMC enabled.
