lookin at this and the comments,shall we move the date to the 29th july and make it a casual drive for lunch as going out at 11 there is going to be loads of traffic.

if people are up for this then may be we can get some of the kent crowd down there as well.

Hi Jason - afraid I can't do 29th - I think these were the dates people said were ok in "the other thread", if 29th best for most people then fair enough

I can do 24 June, 1 July, 8 July and 15 July

Hugh "Flagpole" Grant is on hols until 3 July and can't do 8 July, and would prefer a 4pm start

Thing is, this run is more Jason's baby than mine, as he has actually driven out to the pub, spoken with the landlord, and secured exclusive parking for us. As Jason can only do 8 or 29 I think we have to go for one of those dates

spoke to dave at pub today and have asked him to make room for at least 10 cars / 20 people for dinner allowing

people to be carrying passengers!!

so would be great if people can tell me for sure that they are comming and if require a table seat for passenger as wel....

i told dave i will confirm numbers for cars and people before the day in case we need more or less room.
