Before everyone starts condemning the asking price, just look at what has gone into the restoration.
When you work that out, it seems like good value.

that is stunning, and has to be the most sorted version of this model on sale for along time, i would love to own this,

70hr valve service at 15K, wow.

the price for the priceless sound.

Sadly,I can't see he'll get his money back. Far better to buy a good 412 than a 400. Symptomatic of what happened in the '80s where people spent silly money restoring the "black sheep" - Ferrari 330s, Porsche 911Ss, Aston DB2/4, Lamborghini Espada....
