Spent 10 minutes yesterday trying to get rid of a dust spot/dirt mark on a photo I'd taken, to only change the zoom and realise the mark hadn't moved.

Please tell me I'm not the first person to have done this!!!!!!

Any other photography gaffs/anecdotes? With the wealth of experience here there must be some crackers!?

(mine obviously is not a gaff or anecdote, it's just poor, but thought I'd share. It's all about the sharing, you see....)

My old studio hit the MD once when he touched her monitor. It was a pet hate of ours, him doing that, but none of us got that pissed off hehe

My best gaff was trying to print, it failing, restarting, cursing, then checking the cables. Yep! Cable was not connected to computer hehe

I have been known to track a piece of dust in the video camera's viewfinder rather than the very important piece of expensive aerospace hardware. You only do it once.
