Converting word or powerpoint images to jpgs

Why is this so hard?

I inserted the pictures onto a word file, and yet they cant be turned back to jpgs...

is there some software i need

a rubbish way to do it is copy then paste into mspaint, save as JPG.

start->run->mspaint

should do it. It's better using a proper image processing program like photoshop though

You can save Powerpoint files as JPGs, but I guess you only want specific images converting rather than the whole page/slide. In that case, simply save the page as a web page and search the resulting folder for the image you want.
