been an AA member for 10 years and can't fault them, also their 65quid breakdown warrantly comes in handy, paid out £500 quid towards my clutch a few months back so paid for itself!

I've been with the AA for years and they have collected my TVR's and other cars a few times, I couldn't fault them until last week when the Rangie's diff went. They kept me waiting three and half hours when they said they would be 1 1/2hours, they were busy so gave the job to a third party, the thing that annoyed me is the third party kept telling them they would be with me in ten mins when they were clearly lying. I made a complaint and the next day they called me to discuss it, they didn't give me anything but it was commendable of them to make the effort to sort it out.

I got RAC cover courtesy of tesco club card points, never used it so can't comment on how good they are but the Tamora has not needed them, pehaps your T350 won't either smile

Well, I used to be in the RAC...until I needed them to come out on a Sunday afternoon to "fix" my Sagaris ignition ( key stuck in barrel and engine running ). This was at 2:00pm, by 7:30pm I gave up and despite numerous phone calls no-one appeared......at all!!! It was a complete waste of money and the next day "cancelled" my subscription and joined the AA. I have used them twice so far, once on my company vehicle and once on the wife's horsebox ( new battery ) and can honestly say the difference in service, communication and politeness was worth the change. I would always take out relay/roadside/home start, you never know when you are going to need it.
