Request for help.

Could any Pher, whos been snapped by a, ahem, "safety camera van", help me out with this.
Id like to know, if those of you who have been scammed by these tossers, and have recieved their very kind offer, but have requested and recieved the photo of the "most terrible act"; can you tell me if the photo they supplied was either color, or black and white, or maybe both?

The one i recieved last years was a colour one, and the one another mate recieved was also colour

Same question as above, but in respect of SPECS.
Has anyone on here been caught out by them, and was a photo supplied? Was it color or black and white?
