Iv'e had the dash of so long I can't remember hooking up the ventilation pipes.
The drivers side is sorted coming from the seperate fan.
What I cant work out is, there is one outlet on the heater box but obviously two pipes from the centre left and passenger side vents,am I missing a T junction?
Doesn't make sense for the life of me.
Hope someone can help out with a pic or advice.

Hi,

I have the extra fan also in my car. Sitting in the car, this is what I have seen behind the dash; left vent (nearest to the door) is connected to the heater box (entered from left side of box) via standard flexi heater hose. The center left vent is connected to a hole in the bulk behind the dash via a standard flexi heater hose. The hole the bulk head is at the same height as the vent but not directly behind it but over to the left. As for the circular vent in the driver footwell (on transmission tunnel) I dont know.
Hope that makes sense.
My hose from the extra fan to right centre vent is missing, I dont want to assume its the same as all the others could you tell me the internal diameter of the hose? so I can replace.

thanks

Yep, you're missing a bit. There is what looks more like a Y than a T which attaches to the back of the passenger side single vent.
The pipework comes out of the hole in the inner wing to the Y then to the vent to the left of the stereo. The vent on the right of the stereo is fed from the hole almost directly behind it in the dash, and not attached to the others.

Oz,drivers side hose is 50mm od,approx 43 id.
Mine doesn't have a hole in the bulkhead for the centre left so I'll have to make a Y junction to feed the passenger vent then onto the heater box.
