Some basic questions I know But........

Not had my superlight R forlong (3 weeks ) but I am about to set off for Le Mans and I realised I dont know what tyre pressures it should be on- its running on 13" R300 alloys , anyone got any idea ?

Also - true to form -the shift light has packed up, what should one be changing up at in an effort to protect the noisey stuff?

I'd recommend 18 psi all round. Redline on SLR is 8,000 RPM...generally....

Which tyres are you running?

I'd start with 18, but keep an eye on them and possibly go even lower (16 perhaps).
