Dual climate control for E36

How hard is it to change the standard single climate control to dual climate control? So the misses can have her side at what ever temp she wants and i can have my side as i like.

Easier to change the missus I would guess.

Dual climate was an option on the e36 though, you'll need to get a new A/C panel, not sure what else you'll have to do.
