355 Spider roof Problem

need some help if possable.. The roof on my brothers 355 lost the pressure in the system so he re put the fluid in and one of the actuators is only working now.. Checked the pump and its fine.. Is it possable there is a blead valve or anything on the arms? Any info would be great.. Thanks
