1.8 K series VVC engine torque numbers for bolts

Guys,

No joy at all the rover and lotus forums..

Anyone know the big-end rod bolt torque numbers and the torque value for the crankshaft bearing ladder, the 10bolts that fit it the main block?

The big end bolts are 20Nm + 45degrees
Tighten the 10 ladder bolts to 5Nm then to 30Nm, remembering to locate the flange bolt in the right position (front RHS). Tighten in a diagonally opposite sequence, starting with the middle opposing pair.
